Thank you for purchasing a pre-order from Ploom Baby! We are always transparent about our timelines, and will update by email if there are any unexpected delays. If you do not hear from us, the pre-order is on schedule!

Our turn around time is typically 10-14 weeks from date the pre-order ends to the day it arrives in our warehouse.

If you require a size change please email us immediately and we will process pending size availability. If you require an address change please email us immediately, so we can ensue your order arrives to the right address. Addresses cannot be changed once the item has been fulfilled.
